We offer a diverse caseload spanning all ages, with opportunities to conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, develop and implement personalised treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Our multidisciplinary approach includes psychology, speech pathology, and occupational therapy.
About This Opportunity
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients across various age groups, including administering and scoring standardized tools (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-III, NEPSY).
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including assessment reports and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver empathetic and evidence-based therapy services to support clients' mental health and well-being, addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals from other disciplines to ensure holistic client care, coordinating referrals and services as needed.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take control of their lives and achieve optimal outcomes.

About You
- Be a Registered General/Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA, possessing a strong foundation in theory and practice.
- Demonstrate experience working with diverse mental health issues, using a range of interventions and strategies to address complex needs.
- Show a proven track record of delivering assessment and therapy services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and communities.
- Possess a commitment to delivering empathetic, evidence-based care that prioritises client well-being and empowerment.
- Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to and learn from a supportive, values-driven team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
