This is a dynamic and fulfilling role where you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services in various settings. Your primary goal will be guiding patients towards achieving their goals and maintaining focus on what matters to each individual.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physiotherapy services in residential aged care, at home in the community or other settings as part of a collaborative team.
- Work closely with our team to help patients achieve their objectives and maintain a patient-centered approach.
- Deliver face-to-face sessions or telehealth when required and collaborate with other healthcare professionals behind the scenes to support comprehensive patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an APA-recognised equivalent.
- Full General AHPRA registration.
- Current National Police Check.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check - with NDIS Clearance.
- COVID-19 & Flu vaccination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to promoting the quality of life for the elderly.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Creative problem-solving and system development abilities.
