About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products, including candles and homeware, to effectively engage with customers and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inviting store atmosphere, aligning with the Dusk brand values.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to showcase products in an attractive and appealing manner.
