Home Care Assistant Wanted

We are seeking experienced support workers to assist our clients with their daily needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with domestic cleaning and laundry
  • Providing personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Supporting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Accompanying clients on outings and providing companionship

Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card
  • Working with Vulnerable People (Blue Card)
