Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader with relevant tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management and 10-15 years commercial construction experience to lead our NSW team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for major works across cost plus and fixed price projects
  • Assist and train project managers to plan and execute projects within budget constraints
  • Complete performance reviews and one on ones with staff in the team
  • Liaise with clients to secure new projects and maintain existing relationships
  • Manage departmental reporting to stakeholders
  • Produce detailed scopes of work and cost estimates as required
