We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative Unit as a Perioperative Nursing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to ACQSHC National standards
  • Supervise and guide new graduate and student nurses to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
