Your Role

As an Officer Customer Service Retail, you'll play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our retail customers, managing customer orders and enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

  • You will process retail customer orders via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products to provide customers with accurate and detailed information.
  • Monitor order progress, tracking shipments, processing returns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle and record customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing high-quality service and building strong relationships.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle and resolve issues independently.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in business systems and security protocols.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you'll enjoy:
