About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at Bonds Joondalup Store.

This is a part-time position, requiring 36 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable customer connections by setting a good example.
  • Assist in training and developing team members to achieve store budgets and KPIs.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising strategies in-store.
  • Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail management or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and processing deliveries.
  • Previous experience with Visual Merchandising is a plus.
