Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care and support to patients requiring ongoing medical care, recovery from surgical procedures, or day services.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute care environment.
