Exciting opportunity for a talented corporate lawyer to join our team

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled lawyer to work on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate law and be part of a dynamic team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents;
  • Working on corporate/M&A transactions, including due diligence, analysis of legal issues, and regulatory compliance;
  • Liaising with clients and corporate advisers, as well as other groups within the firm who provide specialist input on M&A transactional issues;
  • Attending to completion of transactions;
  • Being part of a team on other commercial transactions, such as capital raisings (private and public), joint ventures, management equity structures, etc.;
  • Other commercial contracts from time to time.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years post-admission experience in a corporate & commercial practice;
  • Experience in M&A transactions;
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to organise and prioritise effectively;
  • Autonomy and teamwork;
  • Commercial acumen;
  • Technical excellence.
