We are seeking a talented professional to fill a key role in our Melbourne corporate and commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents;
  • Working on corporate/M&A transactions, including due diligence, analysis of legal, contractual, and other issues;
  • Liaising with clients and corporate advisers;
  • Attending to the completion of transactions;
  • Participating in a team on commercial transactions, such as capital raisings and joint ventures;
  • Other commercial contracts from time to time.

About You:

  • Post admission experience in a corporate practice;
  • Experience in M&A transactions;
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail;
  • The ability to organise and prioritise effectively;
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Technical excellence and drive.
