This role presents a stimulating opportunity for a technically-minded individual to join our payments fintech company in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Support external software partners by utilizing APIs and other integration solutions.
- Undertake partner briefings, design, roll out, and support of integration solutions.
- Be the primary point of contact for external partners and resolve their queries directly or with assistance from internal team members.
- Assist with partner onboarding, covering plans, setup, testing, and payment options configuration.
- Support external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, functionality options, or challenges.
- Advocate for integration partners and propose new and advanced product enhancements.
- Conduct and assist partners with user acceptance testing (UAT) on products and enhancements.
- Develop relationships with integration and other partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for broad experience in customer-facing functions. To succeed, you will need a strong understanding of APIs and software integration methods, as well as strong communication skills.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in payments.
- Strong logical and technical mindset.
- Understanding of API and other integration models.
- Good technical, product, customer success, support, or similar experience required.
- Desire to work in an agile team with an eagerness to learn and pitch in across multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of technology with the ability to assist in the creation and communication of solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to run with initiatives.
- Operational and partner account management/relationship skills.
- Exceptional solution and problem-solving abilities and experience.
- Experience undertaking user acceptance testing, client implementations, or in operational areas.
- Proven experience working with various stakeholders to achieve success.
- High school certificate.
- Degree or above would be an advantage.
- Experience in payments, banking, or related industries, or in a client success role would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Abilities in identifying and communicating concepts and solutions between business and technical teams.
- Ability to document, brief, and demonstrate system usage and operational processes to stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the scope of and undertake user acceptance testing.
- A logical mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Strong relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
