Strategic Capture Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our capture strategy for Naval Combat Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business and drive sales growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in the pursuit of key opportunities, ensuring successful outcomes through effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop innovative solutions to maximise win probability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support strategic captures.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience leading successful captures for large and complex strategic opportunities within the Defence sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, communicate negotiation skills, and drive results-oriented activities.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian defence landscape, including competitors, procurement cycles, and strategic policy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or project management discipline, or related field.
  • Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification is desirable.
