Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the senior property manager in various tasks such as routine inspections, lease properties, and administration of leases. They will also conduct entry and exit condition reports, process applications, hold open homes and private inspections, and lodge and follow up maintenance work orders.

This role requires previous experience in real estate, a current QLD Certificate of Registration, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and corporate presentation.
