Ecological Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecological Consultant to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ecological services and advice to clients and colleagues.

About the Role
  • You will provide expert ecological advice and support to projects across various sectors, including environmental impact assessments, project feasibility studies, and habitat restoration initiatives.
  • Undertake field surveys and monitoring programs to collect data on flora and fauna populations, habitats, and ecosystem health.
  • Analyze and interpret ecological data to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement effective conservation plans to mitigate environmental impacts and promote biodiversity.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an ecological role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Western Australian flora and fauna, as well as experience in conducting field surveys and monitoring programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
