AI-Driven Developer Solution Architect

Azooa is seeking a highly skilled Developer Solutions Architect to join our proposed delivery team for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) GitHub Copilot Enterprise initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and governing the technical architecture underpinning the GitHub Copilot solution, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and seamlessly integrates with the ATO's existing enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-level and low-level architectural artefacts
  • Defining integration patterns with ATO cloud services
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across delivery, security, and business functions
  • Providing ongoing architectural guidance to engineering, DevOps, and security teams
  • Establishing architecture governance practices

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Developer Solutions Architect in complex ICT programs
  • Demonstrated experience designing cloud-native solutions in Azure
  • Deep expertise in GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, and developer tooling
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), RBAC, and secure integration methods
  • Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation
