
Occupational Health Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and driven allied health professional to join our team in Tasmania. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation.
This role involves delivering holistic, client-centred services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will assist injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Needs Assessments and Workplace Assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Advice concerning job modifications and Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments to support injured workers
- Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services to ensure seamless communication
- Full registration with relevant professional body
- Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives
- Flexible work arrangements including work from home and part-time options to support family commitments
- Relocation allowance to support moving to Tasmania
