The Hotel Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in maximizing guest satisfaction and driving strategic growth. This leadership position requires exceptional people management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Energize, motivate, and develop your team members to achieve excellence in hotel operations
  • Supervise daily operations and assist with duties as needed to ensure seamless execution according to brand standards and procedures
  • Conduct show rounds around the hotel for guests, clients, and enquirers
  • Oversee all guest requests, including airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant bookings, and entertainment plans
  • Manage rosters for the Front Office department to meet business demands
  • Order and manage all Front Office stock

You will thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of success as a seasoned FAOM with 2-3 years of experience in a hotel environment. You should be able to drive customer service programs, lead and develop your team members, and maintain attention to detail. Comfortable running P&Ls, rosters, and PMS systems is essential. Strong social media skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are also highly valued.
