We are seeking a charismatic and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Tour Guide. If you're passionate about people, wine, and showcasing Victoria's beautiful regions, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Casual Tour Guide, you'll be responsible for hosting engaging small-group tours from Melbourne to regional destinations such as Daylesford, the Macedon Ranges, and the Mornington Peninsula.
- Responsibilities:
- Safely drive small groups in up to 22 seater mini buses or premium vehicles for private tours
- Facilitate wine tastings, lunch stops, and regional experiences
- Engage with guests to provide an informative, entertaining, and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain tour schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent our brand in a professional, friendly manner
About the Role
You'll be creating memorable moments for guests through storytelling, local insight, and seamless coordination of the day.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid MR licence or CPV licence, previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service, and strong knowledge or interest in local regions and wine.
