Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products.

  • Configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products
  • Development and delivery of marketing campaigns and events
  • Analysis and reporting of campaign performance and metrics
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they should have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Desirable Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have tertiary education in an ICT field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience using and configuring features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products is essential.
