Employment Consultant Position

  • Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhance employability through referral to support services and training
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keep detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate and motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment.
