Seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support clients in attaining meaningful employment opportunities. As an Employment Consultant, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to manage the referral and intake process of job seekers into our programs.
  • Evaluate job seeker skills and abilities, identify barriers to employment and develop effective intervention strategies.
  • In consultation with job seekers, create customized work preparation strategies, job seeking plans and employment support activities.
  • Promote job seekers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes through reverse marketing initiatives.
  • Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counseling, training, job search skills development and work trials/experience to increase employability.
Requirements:
  • A self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience within the employment services sector is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and computer system proficiency.
  • Ability to build rapport, maintain relationships with clients, peers and job seekers.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one.
