Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will spearhead our customer engagement strategy, driving product adoption and maximizing lifetime value. This senior role involves collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to orchestrate high-impact marketing programs.

Key objectives include developing and executing targeted campaigns, leveraging data and technology to fuel customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives. You will build the roadmap, systems, and creative content that resonates with our users and drives long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer engagement strategy, using empathy and creativity to craft compelling messages and experiences across the customer lifecycle.
  • Own GTM plans for new product and feature launches, partnering with Product to define launch goals and messaging, rollout strategies, and adoption playbooks.
  • Develop and execute upsell and cross-sell programs, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to identify and target opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement the customer engagement tech stack, selecting and integrating tools that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable communications and campaigns, measuring and improving key metrics like product adoption, revenue, and retention.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on customer or product marketing.
  • Proven experience launching features or products and driving measurable adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional operator who thrives working with Product, CS, and Sales teams.
