Job Title: Front-of-House Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front-of-House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Heatherbrae's Pies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent food quality and presentation, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  3. Contribute to achieving sales targets by suggesting menu items, upselling, and promoting our brand.
