Job Opportunity:

About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals who have experienced sexual assault. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the unique needs of patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver trauma-informed care to patients/clients experiencing sexual assault;
  2. Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care;
  3. Develop individualized care plans that cater to the needs of patients/clients;
  4. Conduct thorough assessments and provide interventions as needed;
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field;
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Trauma-Informed Care or related field (desired);
  • Experience working with survivors of sexual assault;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
