
Senior Department Coordinator

As a Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting executive leaders to ensure the efficient and effective operation of their departments. Your day-to-day assistance will involve maintaining confidentiality, representing the company with professionalism, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Act with professionalism in representation of assigned departments
- Ensure executive leaders meet obligations to their line managers by keeping track of deadlines and preparing necessary documentation
Additional responsibilities include organizing business appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, providing seamless diary coordination, and ensuring timely arrival to appointments. You will also be responsible for communicating with external senior executives, developing internal and external relationships, and coordinating executive-level business functions.
Requirements:- Three to five years of experience providing support for senior management in a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize, and exercise discretion
- Technical competence with software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
