Gardening and Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of work and inspections performed on-site.
  • Conduct regular inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure tools and supplies are kept clean and organized.
  • Design and install new furniture or equipment as required.
  • Perform annual safety checks and certifications.
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks including window cleaning, drywall repairs, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and more.
  • Undertake basic gardening tasks such as lawn mowing and pruning.
  • Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of gardening and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
