Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with all aspects of finance operations using MYOB and MS Excel, including debt collection. Particular attention will be given to accounts receivable in the near future.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have solid, accurate computing skills and be happy to help out the team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of finance operations (AR & AP)
  • Use MYOB and MS Excel for financial management
  • Collect debts and manage accounts receivable
  • Maintain excellent relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Support management and provide administrative assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MYOB and MS Excel
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Organized and proactive approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
