As a proactive finance specialist, you will make a significant impact in a fast-paced project environment. This role involves taking ownership of purchasing and accounts payable functions, while supporting broader finance operations across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will own the purchasing process by creating requisitions, managing orders, and setting up vendors in Ariba
  • Your key accountability is ensuring compliance by responding to supplier queries, receiving goods and invoices
  • Support client billing, month-end journals, and ad-hoc tasks for the finance team
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate reporting and healthy accounts payable practices to stay audit-ready
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant workplace by following HSE procedures
Requirements
  • Prior experience in finance administration is essential
  • Familiarity with SAP and Ariba is preferred, but not mandatory
  • You must have a solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required for this role
