Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, this position is responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, meeting their needs by following care plans, and working alongside a team of carers.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent care to residents, including supervising and administering medication safely and effectively
- Producing accurate case notes, incident reports, and other documentation
- Preparing ANACC documentation to optimize funding
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent with current registration with AHPRA
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts
- Knowledge and understanding of risk identification and management
