About the Role
As a key member of our IT Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tender and new business pipeline for DHL Supply Chain Australia.
Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will derive the best-fit IT solutions to drive business growth and success.
You will be responsible for creating and presenting compelling business cases to senior management, as well as coordinating demand versus supply with the IT solution delivery team and vendors.
Additionally, you will contribute to regional and global innovation focus and pipelines, working towards implementing solutions that align with local, regional, and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tender and new business pipeline for IT solutions.
- Meet with customers and coordinate with other DHL functions and vendors.
- Create and present compelling business cases.
- Coordinate demand versus supply with the IT solution delivery team and vendors.
- Contribute to regional and global innovation focus and pipelines.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of supply chain IT solution design and architecture.
- Multiple years of experience in IT Management within a Supply Chain environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and great communication skills.
- Customer-facing exposure to obtain mutual achievable solutions.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for all facets of the role.
