Nice to Have Skills:

solutions.

2. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

3. Familiarity with API integration and microservices architecture for seamless connectivity.

4. Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) for large-scale data

processing.

5. Understanding of AI/ML-driven data quality enhancements for advanced data governance.

Role Overview

The Ataccama Solution Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Master

Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Ataccama ONE platform. This role involves solution

architecture, integration, governance, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality,

compliant, and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Ataccama-based MDM solutions, including data quality and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, architecture, and

integration strategies.

• Oversee data stewardship processes, ensure compliance with data governance policies, and manage solution delivery.

• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure timely project execution.

• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of MDM solutions.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Own the solution design & roadmap

Lead discovery, translate business rules into an MDM domain model, define

cleansing/matching/merging & survivorship logic, security, and stewardship workflows; produce HLD/LLD and an implementation backlog with clear milestones.

• Build & integrate the MDM solution Configure Ataccama ONE (MDM/RDM, DQ rules, workflows), set up environments (DEV–PROD), and implement integrations (ETL/ELT, APIs, batch/stream) with source/target systems; ensure performance, reliability, and proper error handling/monitoring.

• Governance, enablement & handover Establish data stewardship processes and SLAs, run stakeholder workshops and UAT, create runbooks and documentation, mentor the delivery team, and execute a structured knowledge transfer to BAU/ops with measurable adoption and data quality KPIs
