Direct Marketing Support Associate

The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Acquisition, Retention and Bequest teams. This encompasses a range of tasks aimed at ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting direct marketing activities across various channels
  • Assisting in the development and production of marketing materials for direct marketing campaigns
  • Providing stock management, quotes and purchase order assistance as needed
  • Tracking donor communications and feedback within the CRM, while occasionally supporting bequest team tasks such as estate administration and archiving
  • Offering general administrative support to the wider Direct Marketing team when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in direct marketing
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A proven track record of working under strict deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with phone interaction
