Job Role

The Third Line Infrastructure Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring uninterrupted digital services across the institution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide third line infrastructure support in high-complexity environments, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and implementing service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.
  • Support both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, contributing to cybersecurity posture through monitoring, patching, and incident response.
  • Act as a digital ambassador, delivering high-quality technical support and guidance to stakeholders and staff.
