Working in our modern Forrestfield facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our business. Your primary focus will be on meeting the needs of our customers by providing accurate and timely information on our truck parts, as well as assisting our workshop team with parts sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support in the sale of Mack, UD, and Volvo truck parts
- Assist our workshop team with parts sales and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
