Operational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the setup and management of a Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC) in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver operational excellence across vehicle processing, implement initiatives to meet contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure organisational requirements are met.
  • Oversee site operations, staff performance, asset management, and facility maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative standards.
  • Own financial performance, including budget management, variance analysis, and performance to deliver strong site results.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive processing/operations or logistics/industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing Profit & Loss statements, budgets, and performance metrics.

This is a pivotal operational leadership role that requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to lead change, develop teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
