This role involves supervising transfer services, funeral services, mortuary, and cremation services. Daily operational activities and adequate staffing must be coordinated, supported by funeral teams and responsive to client needs and service requests.

  • Oversee documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes
  • Supervise cremation facilities and manage related financial transactions
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies
  • Participate in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations
  • Liaise with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
