Travel Money Sales Professional

We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly Travel Money Sales Professional to join our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the store like it's your own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual targets
  • Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range
  • Embrace the digital mindset via social media – reviews/feedback
  • Monitor stock levels and fully investigate discrepancies and report
  • Comply with all company policy and procedures, including legal requirements
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for Travel and a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Enjoy working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
  • Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against targets
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
