Community Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as community care specialists, providing high-quality care to older people in their homes.

As a community care specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, transportation, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also provide social support and respite for family members or carers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential as you can complete this through our traineeship program)
