**TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE.**

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Personal Care, Building Relationships with others, and following all policies, and procedures, under the direction of Nurses to provide essential support when needed.

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA.**

You will need:

- Certificate III or IV Ageing Support or Certificate III Individual Support
- We are unable to accept Certificate III Individual Support - Disability
- TWO clinical references to tell us how amazing you are
- Student Nurses with 2 x completed clinical placements
- You need to have a "can do" attitude and be willing to accept challenges
- The ability to represent Caring for You to the best of your ability
- Ability to show our clients why Caring for You is '" Simply the BEST"
