Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead and manage complex geotechnical engineering projects. This senior-level role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership, as you will oversee all stages of projects from initial investigations to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical analysis and design, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that all geotechnical projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

They will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's specifications and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline (Masters or higher preferred).
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status with Engineers Australia or a Registered Professional Geologist (RPGeo) with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Extensive experience in geotechnical analysis and design, as well as managing geotechnical investigations.
