Leading Aged Care Home Manager

Our Healesville Home provides person-centred care in a friendly, secure and comfortable environment. The home offers elegant sitting rooms, outdoor courtyard areas, landscaped gardens and paved walking tracks that enable residents to socialise and engage with family and friends.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager who can lead our team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families and staff. As the 'head of' the home, you will drive quality care, foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the smooth operation of our home.

This is a leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. Key responsibilities include:
