ServiceNow Technical Consultant

At EDT Global Pty Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and design ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform through scripting and application capabilities
  • Provide technical expertise to identify and develop effective solutions and procedures
  • Offer support and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and maintain system design and user documentation
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive user guides
  • Participate in all technical aspects of ServiceNow program and solution delivery
  • Perform system and integration testing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Manage upwards effectively by providing updates to program leads and executives
  • Contribute to business development efforts
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, developing, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's core platform capabilities and data model
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups and build strong relationships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
