Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice in a manner that protects stakeholders and balances legal risks with commercial priorities. They will advise on Ultradata's legal activities, implement and manage internal controls, and draft standard contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law or appropriate business/law degree.
- At least seven (7) years of corporate/commercial experience with a speciality in software contracts/IT law.
- Proven experience in a dynamic in-house legal function dealing day-to-day with senior executives.
