Early Childhood Care and Education Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team.

Your role will be pivotal in providing a first impression to anyone visiting the centre while maintaining a professional reception area that is welcoming to all.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering phones and responding to queries
  • Printing, collation and distribution of weekly materials
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in the childcare sector (preferable)
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
