Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team and lead the development of high-quality early learning education and care for children aged six weeks to five years old.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and supporting educators, children, and families in a vibrant and dedicated team environment. They will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to delegate, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time opportunity with above award rates and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Educators, children, and families in the Centre
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and Educators to plan and deliver programs
  • Provide professional development and training to Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent via ACECQA
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the ECEC sector
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
