About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services to elderly clients in their own homes.

This role enables clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort within familiar surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain clients' homes, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and organizing living areas.
  • Assist with laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks to support clients' daily needs.
  • Foster a respectful and supportive environment, promoting clients' independence while respecting their privacy and wishes.
  • Communicate any changes in client conditions to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out according to the care plan, delivering the highest standard of service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and empathetic approach toward clients.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
  • A reliable and insured vehicle with a current unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within three months.
  • Experience in a homecare or cleaning role is desirable but not essential.
