Room Leader Opportunity in Northern Sydney

We are seeking two qualified Room Leaders to join our team at a brand new 34-place childcare centre based in Northern Sydney.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality educational programs and working with families to ensure optimum outcomes for their children.

  • To lead the implementation of a well-planned, play-based curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of children aged 0-3 years.
  • To develop and maintain individual child portfolios, keeping staff and families informed of children's progress.
  • To effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily routines and general operation of the centre.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood setting.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
