Chief Marketing Officer

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
This role is well suited to an energetic, motivated and ambitious professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is key.
We are now looking for an experienced, highly organised and passionate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and support a team of high performing sales and leasing reps.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage and maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to develop and deliver marketing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies
- Managing database integrity and maintaining CRM systems
- Collaborating with sales and leasing teams on marketing campaigns
- Ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within an Agency environment
- Indesign experience is required
- Ideal candidate will have used CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
