We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Cloud Consultant to join our team. As an ERP Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in providing both technical and functional support to clients, focusing on ERP system configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of specified collaboration platforms
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions that meet the client's needs
  • Configure the Cloud ERP suite of products platform/s to meet the client's requirements
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the system meets the business needs
  • Train end-users on how to use the system effectively
